Privacy Notice - Ava Security Customer Data provided for Testing and Support 



For the purpose of supporting you with and improving our products and business services from time to time you may provide Ava with information, i.e. clips of customer Video or Customer logs,  for which we serve as the data controller. By law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use this data, and about the rights you have over your data.

We are AVA Security Limited (Ava). a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10187484 whose registered office is at Upper Ground Floor, The Charter Building, Charter Place, Uxbridge, Middlesex, England, UB8 1JG.

What data do we collect for test and development purposes?


For the Ava Aware our customers may choose to provide us with  “Customer Data” which includes, but is not limited to, (i) Customer contact details, names, emails (ii) video and audio data collected from Ava Aware and 3rd party cameras owned and managed by our customers  (iii) analytics derived from Video and Audio data and (iv) logs generated by Ava or 3rd party products.



How do we collect your data used for test and development purposes


Our customers send us this data usually as part of the customer support process or via our sales engineering team.



How do we use your data used for test and development purposes


The data is used in the process of supporting and communicating with our customers to analyse, diagnose and fix problems in the product and also as part of the training data sets to improve the products’s analytics.
